Tinkoff has been named among the Top 10 employers in Russia, ranking seventh in media group RBC’s debut 2022 Russian Employer Rating.

Out of 82 Russian companies evaluated by RBC Market Research, only three IT businesses made it into the Top 10, including fintech-based Tinkoff, with a score of 61.1. Other top performers were mining and manufacturing majors.

Aside from Tinkoff, the Top 10 included Kaspersky Lab, Polymetal, Enel Russia, Metalloinvest, MMK, Nornickel, Rosatom, Yandex and Rusal.

The RBC Market Research team reviewed the nominees’ performance and ranked them by score. Only 13 companies scored 60 points or more.

The companies were rated against various criteria, including strong investments in business development and employment terms such as pay levels, employee benefits and staff training costs. Other criteria included business reliability, which implies a near-zero risk of financial insolvency and business reputation.

Tinkoff regularly ranks among Russia’s top major employers:

• For two consecutive years, Tinkoff was included in the annual ranking of Russia’s best employers by Forbes, being awarded platinum status in 2021 and third place in 2020.
• Tinkoff was named the second best employer for women by Forbes in 2021.
• The Company was ranked among Russia’s Top 5 employers by HeadHunter in 2021.
